We build the systems that fill your pipeline.
We design and build the systems B2B revenue teams run on, then stay on to keep them working. Your stack, your accounts, your data.
Making sense of the chaos, then building what replaces it.
Most B2B companies are sitting on more pipeline than they realize. What is missing is rarely effort or tools. It is the system that connects the tools they already pay for.
So that is what we build. CRM architecture, the data layer underneath it, the automation between systems, and the signal and outbound work that sits on top once the foundation can carry it. In your accounts, on your data, documented as we go.
The name is the argument. Business is not the thing you sell, it is being detailed about the process behind it, and that is the part almost everyone skips.
How we work with clients, partners, and each other.
These aren't words on a wall. They're the standard we hold ourselves to on every engagement.
We'd rather send 50 perfectly targeted emails than 5,000 spray-and-pray blasts. Quality signal beats noise every time.
Every process we build is designed to scale without adding headcount. If it can't run while you sleep, we haven't finished.
You own everything we build. No black boxes, no lock-in. You always know what's running, why it's running, and what it's producing.
Built by someone who has spent a career finding what others overlook.
I have spent most of my career at the intersection of revenue and operations, as the marketing and sales lead at the companies I have founded and worked at, across tech, defense, and media.
Before that, I served in the United States Marine Corps. That experience, the discipline, the systems orientation, the obsession with mission clarity, never really left. It shapes the way I approach every client engagement today.
Most people treat go-to-market as a creative problem. I have always seen it as an infrastructure problem. Build the right systems, aim them at the right people, and the pipeline takes care of itself.
That is what Detailed is built to do.
