SERVICESGTM ENGINEERING

Four lines of work. The order matters.

Most engagements start with one of these and grow into the others. They are listed in the sequence a build actually runs, because the ones at the bottom fail quietly when the ones at the top were skipped.

SEC.01WHAT WE DO

The work, in detail.

Named by the work rather than the tool, with the platforms we build on listed underneath each one.

LINE 01

GTM system design

The map before the build. Where revenue leaks today, what data moves where, what fires when, and who owns each step. It is the cheapest part of an engagement and the part that decides whether the rest is worth building. Everything below hangs off it.

LINE 02

CRM architecture and workflows

Your system of record, built to model your business rather than a generic sales process. Objects, stages, fields, automations, and reporting that reconciles. Includes migrations, which are a real project with a real cost and get scoped as one.

LINE 03

Data and enrichment infrastructure

The layer everything else reads from. Clay build-out, TAM and list construction, account and lead scoring models, waterfall enrichment, validation before spend, and the hygiene work that stops a CRM decaying into something nobody trusts.

LINE 04

AI implementation and automation

The connective work between systems, and the judgment work that used to need a person. Agents and scripts running on real events, integrations between tools that do not talk, and the signal and outbound systems those feed. We design the architecture and deploy it into your stack.

SEC.02HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS

Four steps, and the shape is always the same.

Heavy at the front while the foundation goes in, lighter once it is running and the work turns to refinement.

STEP 01
We map what you have

One call, thirty minutes. Your tools, your data, your motion, and where the handoffs drop. Most teams already own most of what they need and have nothing joining it up.

STEP 02
You get a plan with hours on it

Written, in order, with an estimate against each piece of work. That plan is what the retainer draws down against, so you can see what the hours bought before you commit the next ones.

STEP 03
We build it in your stack

In your accounts, under your name, on your data. Hours run heavy here while the foundation goes in. You approve the ICP, the list, and the copy before anything runs under your brand.

STEP 04
We refine it, then extend it

Once the system is live the work changes shape: tuning what is running, reporting on it, and building the next piece as the business moves. Hours taper. Most clients stay on at a lighter monthly commitment.

SEC.03HOW WE WORK

No packages. No platform fee.

Engineering time against a scoped plan, in your stack, with the hours visible.

THE MODEL A retainer, billed in hours

A monthly retainer, drawn down in hourly blocks against a scoped plan. Twenty hours a month is the floor, and that is not an arbitrary number: below it a system stays half built for months, and half a system does not move revenue.

WHAT YOU OWN Every account is yours

Domains, CRM, data, tooling. All of it in your name and billed to you direct by the providers, at their rates. No markup, and nothing to unwind if we ever stop working together.

HOW IT STARTS A call, then a scoped plan

Thirty minutes to map what you have and where it leaks. You get the plan in writing, with hours against each piece. Most builds take three months or more to do properly, and we would rather say so now than find out together in month two.

Want to know what your build would take?

Thirty minutes. We map your setup and tell you the hours, including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.

SEC.04EVERY ENGAGEMENT

True of every build, whatever it is.

OWNERSHIPYou own everything

Every account, every domain, every record. Software billed direct by the providers at their rates. No markup, no lock-in.

VISIBILITYHours you can see

Time is tracked against the plan and reported. You always know what the last block bought before you commit the next one.

APPROVALNothing ships blind

You approve the ICP, the list, and the copy before anything goes live under your name.

HONESTYA straight answer

The first call ends with a recommendation, including "not yet" if the timing or the budget is wrong.
