SEC.01WHAT IT IS

What is RB2B?

RB2B identifies the individual people visiting your website, not just the companies. When a US visitor lands on your site, RB2B can return their name, LinkedIn profile, and a validated work email, along with the company and what they looked at. That is a step past company-level tools. Instead of learning that "someone at Acme" was on your pricing page, you learn it was a specific person, and you get a way to reach them directly.

Two things matter before you get excited. First, person-level identification is US only. RB2B ringfences traffic by IP and resolves individuals for US visitors, with company-level identification available more broadly through a data partnership. If your audience is mostly outside the US, most of your traffic will not resolve to a person. Second, person-level identification is a heavier privacy posture than company-level. Naming an individual and their contact details is a different consent question than identifying a company by its IP footprint, so it deserves a deliberate call on disclosure and opt-out. RB2B is the signal. What you do after you have a named person is where the real work, and the real return, lives.

SEC.02THE REAL PROBLEM

The real problem it solves.

Company-level visitor tools tell you an account is interested, then hand you a research problem: now go figure out who the right person is and how to reach them. RB2B collapses that step for US traffic. You get the person and a work email in the same signal. The catch is the same one every visitor tool has. A name in a dashboard is not pipeline. If nobody qualifies it, enriches around it, and follows up while the interest is warm, it is just another tab you forget to check. That gap between signal and action is exactly what the Detailed stack is built to close.

The Detailed approach A named visitor is a starting line, not a finish line.

RB2B can tell you exactly who was on your site. On its own that is a list of names. The value is in what happens next: deciding which names fit your ICP, rounding out the contact, and reaching out with the right message while the visit is still fresh. Detailed builds and runs that entire system, so the signal turns into booked meetings instead of a feed you scroll past.

SEC.03IN THE SYSTEM

Where it sits.

RB2B IS THE TRIGGER, WITH THE PERSON INCLUDED · THE SYSTEM AROUND IT IS WHAT BOOKS THE MEETING

SEC.04IN PRACTICE

How Detailed uses it.

We treat a revealed visitor as the trigger for our full workflow. When RB2B surfaces a person, our Detailed Agent, tuned to each client's ICP, decides in real time whether they are worth pursuing based on the company, the role, and the pages they viewed. Qualified people flow into Clay, where we validate the contact and round it out, and where we can pull in the rest of the buying committee when one visit is not the whole story. Those contacts then enter our sending engine, which reaches out while the person is still actively thinking about the problem your solution solves. Because RB2B already delivers the individual and a work email, the path from signal to first touch is shorter than with company-level tools. The whole thing runs on its own. No one babysits a dashboard, and no warm visitor slips through.

Pro tip

Person-level data is only as useful as your restraint with it. We qualify every revealed visitor against the client's ICP before anything else runs, so a random name never triggers outreach just because it appeared. One good-fit person on a high-intent page is worth more than fifty names you blast on sight. The theory is simple. Wiring it to run cleanly every time, without misfires and without leaks, is the hard part, and it is most of what we actually do.

Who it is for

  • B2B companies with mostly US-based website traffic
  • Teams that want the person, not just the account, so outreach can start faster
  • Fast-moving sales and marketing teams that can act on an individual signal the same day
  • Companies with a clear ICP and a comfortable stance on person-level identification
  • Anyone who wants to test person-level ID cheaply before committing, using the free tier

Who it is NOT for

  • Companies with mostly non-US traffic. Person-level ID is US only, so most visits will not resolve to a person
  • Teams in strict-consent or regulated environments where naming individuals is a legal problem. Company-level ID is the safer path there: see Snitcher
  • E-commerce or B2C. The value is in reaching a business buyer
  • Teams with no outreach capacity or no defined ICP. The data still needs someone, or something, to work it
SEC.05PRICING

Priced by visitors resolved.

RB2B prices by how many visitors it resolves each month, and it gates features by tier. Person-level identification is US only. Work email addresses unlock on the Pro tiers. Current as of July 2026.

What matters by tier

  • Person-level ID: name and LinkedIn (US traffic)
  • Validated work email (Pro and up)
  • Slack, Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay
  • Webhooks and 50+ integrations (Pro and up)
  • Page-level visit and repeat-visit data
  • 7-day full-featured trial, no card
Most teams that actually want to action the data start on Pro. That is the first tier with validated work emails and full integrations, which is what makes an automated pipeline possible. Starter is fine for a light Slack feed of LinkedIn profiles.

SEC.06THE REAL PICTURE

Honest pros and cons.

We only recommend tools we actually use. Here is the real picture.

Pros

  • Person-level, not just company. You get a name, a LinkedIn profile, and a work email, which removes the contact-hunting step
  • Fast setup. One pixel in your header and leads start flowing in minutes
  • Wide integration list, including Slack, Clay, HubSpot, HeyReach, and raw webhooks, which makes full automation practical
  • A real free tier and a full-featured trial, so you can test person-level ID before you pay

Cons

  • Person-level ID is US only. Non-US traffic mostly will not resolve to a person
  • It resolves a share of your traffic, not all of it. Coverage runs from roughly 15-20% up to 35-45% on premium
  • Work emails are gated to the Pro tiers, so the cheap plans are more of a LinkedIn feed than a pipeline input
  • Naming individuals carries a heavier privacy and consent posture than company-level ID. Decide your disclosure and opt-out on purpose
SEC.07GET STARTED

Five steps from signup to a system.

STEP 01
Sign up and install the pixel

Create your RB2B account and paste the tracking script into your site's head tag. Takes about 5 minutes. No developer required. Set your disclosure and opt-out language while you are at it, since this is person-level data.

STEP 02
Connect your destinations

Point RB2B at where you want revealed visitors to land: a Slack channel for visibility, and a webhook for automation. The webhook is the one that matters if you want a real pipeline rather than a feed to watch.

STEP 03
Route the signal through a qualification layer

Send every revealed visitor to a qualification step that scores the person against your ICP before anything downstream runs. This is where an ICP-tuned agent earns its keep. It decides which names are worth pursuing so a random visitor never triggers outreach on its own.

STEP 04
Validate and round out the contact

Feed qualified people into your enrichment layer to confirm the work email, add the fields your sequence needs, and pull in the rest of the buying committee when one visitor is not the whole account. Wire it once and it runs on every new record.

STEP 05
Launch your outbound sequence

Push the verified contacts into your sending engine and write the sequence to reflect that the person was just on your site. That warm context, referencing what they actually looked at, is what separates a reply-worthy first email from generic cold outreach.
